Reporting a bug

Copy the template below into your email — it covers everything we need to reproduce the issue without a back-and-forth.

Subject: [DaisySync] Short description of the issue

Spreadsheet ID: (from the Google Sheets URL — the long string between /d/ and /edit)
Sheet tab name: (e.g. AR Aging — Q2 Billing)
Last sync timestamp: (hover the first header cell — a note shows last sync time)
Sync type: delta / full / webhook / manual push

What to do before emailing

  1. Check the Troubleshooting section — most common issues are answered there.
  2. Hover the first-column header cell in your sheet — the note shows the last sync timestamp and type.
  3. Open the _DaisySyncAuditLog hidden sheet for the most recent run status (View → Show hidden sheets).
  4. Try one manual delta sync after closing and reopening the sidebar (it forces a trigger reconciliation).

If the bug persists after those, email us with the template above.

We build what customers ask for. Email us at hello@daisysync.com with the subject "Feature request: <title>". Include: the workflow you're trying to improve, how often you hit the gap, and what the ideal DaisySync behavior would look like.
